Air cargo to USA from July 1 2017 will need to be lodged with airlines 6 hours prior to departure & undergo additional screening.  Qantas, Menzies & Toll Dnata will be charging a fee called Enhanced Screening Fee in addition to the usual security fee. We will post this fee when known.
